This is the dress that you’ve been seeing all over on bloggers from Grace to Jess and even Blaire.
First of all, it’s under $30 so not a huge investment. Second of all, it’s so light that even in the weeks that it was in the 90s, it was comfortable. And third of all, who doesn’t want to get away with wearing a nightgown out during the day and it being acceptable. {Let’s not talk about the slip dress for now}.
Postpartum dressing is tough. Some days I feel great! Those days are when I realize I’m already back in pre-pregnany cutoff shorts and it’s only been 6 weeks {I started fitting them a couple of weeks ago}. There are other days when I feel like I’m still at least at the end of my first trimester. Like when I was in a bathing suit this past weekend. On days like those, this dress is a godsend! Plus it’s nursing friendly which basically checks all the boxes for me.
Net net? You need this dress and it comes in all sorts of fun colors. Now that I’m back to my more comfortable color palette, this neutral one is perfect for me.
